In proceedings of fiscal, administrative, and judicial nature in which the jurisdiction of the present-day Free Territory of Trieste is relevant, both natural and legal persons, may refer to the letters notified by the I.P.R. F.T.T. to the  competent fiscal, administrative and judicial authorities.

Le persone fisiche e giuridiche, nei procedimenti fiscali, amministrativi e giudiziari nei quali è rilevante la giurisdizione dell'attuale Free Territory of Trieste, sono autorizzata a fare riferimento diretto alle lettere notificate dalla I.P.R. F.T.T. alle corrispondentie autorità fiscali, amministrative e giudiziarie.

F.T.T. - Addendum all'expertise SG/2016/LC/M-IV.1-it - Monitoraggio dell'amministrazione italiana del Free Territory and international Free Port of Trieste -  Precisazione sulle responsabilità dei pubblici ufficiali italiani nelle violazioni degli obblighi giuridici riguardanti il Free Territory of Trieste ed il suo Porto Franco internazionale.

F.T.T. letter SG/2016/17-en to the  authorities delegated to exercise the administrative powers of the General Commissioner of the Government for the Territory of Trieste pursuant the mandate of temporary civil administration of the present-day Free Territory of Trieste entrusted to the temporary civil administration of the Italian Government (Italian Constitutional Law No. 1/1963, published on the Official Bulletin of the General Commissioner of the Government for the Territory of Trieste, No. 7/1963, pag. 70).
