1) Writ of summon of civil legal action for determination No. 1757/17 of the I.P.R. F.T.T. VS the Italian Government, its Ministry of Economy and Finances, its Fiscal Agencies (Tax Revenues, State Property, Customs and Monopolies) and the INPS (Italian National Institute of Social Insurance) to verify the legitimacy of taxation in the name, on behalf, and in the budget of the Italian State in Trieste, and requesting to suspend all enforced recoveries as a precautionary measure.
Atto di citazione nella causa civile di accertamento n. 1757/17 della I.P.R. F.T.T. contro il Governo italiano, il suo Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, le sue Agenzie fiscali (Entrate, Demanio, Dogane e Monopoli) e l'INPS per l'accertamento della legittimità di tutte le imposizioni fiscali effettuate a Trieste in nome, per conto e a bilancio dello Stato italiano, con richiesta di sospensione cautelare di tutte le procedure di riscossione forzata.

On 29 September 2018 Dr. Anna L. Fanelli, the judge the Court of Trieste appointed to decide about legal action 1757/2017, lodged the judgment of first instanciva The I.P.R. F.T.T. announced «an immediate and easy appeal» lodged under 139/19 App and published at this LINK.
Il 29 settembre 2018 il giudice del Tribunale di Trieste, dott. Anna L. Fanelli, ha depositato la sentenza di primo grado. La I.P.R. F.T.T. ha annunciato «un ricorso in appello facile ed immediato» depositato sub 139/19 App e pubblicato a questo LINK.

On 19 June 2020 the Court of Appeal of Trieste pronounced the judgment of second instance No. 278/2020. Since the judgment lacks both factual and legal foundation, the I.P.R. F.T.T. announced the impugnation of the decision before the Court of Cassation and initiated before the same Court of Appeal an immediate action for annulment because the judgment of second instance is based on factual errors (art. 395, No. 4 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure): LINK.
Il 19 giugno 2020 la Corte d'Appello di Trieste ha pronunciato la sentenza di secondo grado n. 278/2020. Poiché la sentenza è completamente infondata in fatto e diritto, la I.P.R. F.T.T. ha annunciato il ricorso in Cassazione ed ha presentato alla stessa Corte d'Appello immediato ricorso per revocazione della sentenza perché fondata su errori di fatto (art. 395, n. 4 c.p.c.): LINK.

On 18 January 2021 the I.P.R. F.T.T. lodged the appeal against judgment No. 278/2020 also before the Italian Supreme Court of Appeal: LINK.
Il 18 gennaio 2021 la I.P.R. F.T.T. ha presentato appello avverso la sentenza n. 278/2020 anche alla Suprema Corte di Cassazione italiana: LINK.

On 15 September 2022, the I.P.R. F.T.T. initiated an action for the annulment of judgment No. 8600/2022 of the Supreme Court of Cassation in Rome, on grounds of that decision's political and subversive nature, which goes against the rule of law and the international order. If the Supreme Court rejects the proceeding, the I.P.R. F.T.T. will bring the proceeding before the competent European and international Courts: LINK.
Il 15 settembre 2022 la I.P.R. F.T.T. ha presentato ricorso per revocazione della sentenza n. 8600/2022 della Suprema Corte di Cassazione in Roma, contestandone le natura politica ed eversiva della legalità e dell'ordine internazionale. Se la Suprema Corte respingerà il ricorso, la I.P.R. F.T.T. aprirà il contenzioso davanti alle Corti europee ed intenrazionali competenti: LINK.
