This digital archive collects the main documents released by the I.P.R. F.T.T. starting with its Instrument of Constitution, presented in September 2015. All documents of the International Provisional Representative of the Free Territory of Trieste are published in English and in Italian:  except when otherwise specified, both versions are authentic texts.

Questo archivio digitale raccoglie i principali documenti pubblicati dalla  I.P.R. F.T.T.  ad iniziare dal suo Atto costitutivo, presentato nel settembre 2015. Tutti i documenti della Rappresentanza Internazionale Provvisoria del Territorio Libero di Trieste sono pubblicati in italiano e in inglese: eccetto dove altrimenti specificato, entrambe le versioni sono testi autentici.

The I.P.R. F.T.T. reserves the right to limit or deny the use of its documents for purposes other than the protection of the rights of the citizens, residents, enterprises of the present-day Free Territory of Trieste or the rights of other subjects and States entitled with general or special economic and fiscal rights, including banking, insurances, the trade of stocks and freight, free access to the international Free Port of Trieste, the registration of ships, vessels and aircraft.

La I.P.R. F.T.T. si riserva il diritto di limitare o negare l'uso dei suoi documenti per scopi differenti dalla difesa dei diritti dei cittadini, residenti e imprese dell'attuale Territorio Libero di Trieste o dei diritti di altri soggetti e Stati detentori di diritti economici o fiscali, generali o speciali, inclusi quelli bancari, assicurativi, di commercio in azioni o merci, di libero accesso al Porto Franco internazionale di Trieste, la registrazione di navi, vascelli e aerei.

- 14 February 2019:

Protest note addressed to the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Government, to the President of the Italian Republic, and to the President of the European Commission, following Italian revanchist demonstrations held on 10 February 2019 against Slovenia and Croatia.

- 8 March 2019:

The I.P.R. F.T.T. lodged the appeal for case No. 1757/17, initiated versus the Italian Government, its Ministry of Finances, its Tax Agencies and social security body INPS  //  La  I.P.R. F.T.T. ha notificato l'atto di appello nella causa n. 1757/17 azionata nei confronti del Governo italiano, del suo Ministero delle Finanze, alle sue agenzie fiscali e del suo ente previdenziale INPS

- March and May 2019:

The I.P.R. F.T.T. addresses a diplomatic protest and notes regarding bilateral Italian-Chinese agreements that do illegitimately involve the Free Territory of Trieste.

- 6 December 2019:

Writ of summon of civil lawsuit 5209/2019: I.P.R. F.T.T. VS administering Italian Government and others, regarding the management of the international Free Port of the Free Territory of Trieste // Atto di citazione causa 5209/2019: I.P.R. F.T.T. - 30 July 2020:

Writ of summon for annulment No. 312/2020 versus the judgment of second instance in the lawsuit of the I.P.R. F.T.T. VS the administering Italian Government and others, regarding the taxation of Trieste // Atto di citazione per revocazione n. 312/2020 contro la sentenza di secondo grado nella causa I.P.R. F.T.T. VS Governo italiano ed altri sul sistema fiscale generale di Trieste.

- 24 February 2021:

Port of Trieste: warning of the  I.P.R. F.T.T. to the Port Authority, the Municipality, and the Region // Porto di Trieste: diffida della I.P.R. F.T.T. ad Autorità Portuale, Comune e Regione.

- 4 March 2021:

Note of the I.P.R. F.T.T. addressed to two Ministries of the Italian Government about the international Free Port of Trieste // Nota della I.P.R. F.T.T. indirizzata a due Ministri del Governo italiano riguardo il Porto Franco internazionale di Trieste.

- 18 January 2021:

Appeal No. 3337/21 lodged before the Italian Court of Cassation in the proceeding for the determination of Trieste's taxation // Ricorso n. 3337/21 presentato alla Corte di Cassazione italiana nella causa sui diritti fiscali di Trieste.

- 29 October 2022:

Writ of summon for annulment No. 23505/2022 versus judgment No. 8600/22 of the Supreme Court of Cassation in Rome as part of the proceeding initiated by the I.P.R. F.T.T. VS the administering Italian Government and others, regarding the taxation of Trieste // Atto di citazione per revocazione RG n. 23505/2022 contro la sentenza n. 8600 della Suprema Corte di Cassazione in Roma nel procedimento avviato dalla I.P.R.
