1) Writ of summon for appeal No. 242/2023 with request of referral for a preliminary ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union versus judgment No. 267/2023 of the Court of Trieste in the civil lawsuit initiated by the I.P.R. F.T.T. VS the administering Italian Government and others, regarding the managament of the international Free Port of the Free Territory of Trieste and the illegitimate port agreements with the People's Republic of China.

2) Atto di citazione in appello RG n. 242/2023 con istanza di rinvio pregiudiziale alla Corte di Gisutizia dell'Unione Europea contro la sentenza n. 267/2023 del Tribunale di Trieste nella causa civile avviata dalla I.P.R. F.T.T. VS Governo italiano amminsitratore ed altri, relativa alla gestione del Porto Franco internazionale del Free Territory of Trieste ed agli accordi portuali illegittimi con la Repubblica Popolare Cinese.
